I'm on a diet! Yes it's official.
This obsession with my weight started a week ago, when I weighed in at the scales randomly one day and was devastated by the number that appeared before me. 62.2 kilos!
Only a few short months ago, it was 57kilo so this was a tad annoying. And I decided, "this is it, Kelsie you are on a diet, until you reach your goal weight!"
Now my goal weight isn't set in stone, as I have no idea if i'll still look chubby or even look different at any weight, so at the moment it's 55kgs. But in reality I'd like to be 52. It's just a nicer number that's all.
Anyway so for the past 5ish days I've been on a low carb diet. Which means I've ditched all my beloved breads,bagels,toast,pasta etc. And even some of those starchy vegetables. And so far I've lost 2.1 kilo which isn't a bad effort! so hopefully I can get those scales lower and lower.
I'm loosely on the Atkins diet, and decided to do the induction in which is the most strict i've ever seen. Today was the first day and I screwed that all to hell. Chocolate, I had some carrot in my rissoles and all that jazz.
But im promising myself...Bikini Body for summer. I know I can do it.
